• Completed work may be showcased in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested
• Up to three creative iterations are allowed at our discretion

Client Responsibilities

• Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Adhere to agreed revision and change limits

Revisions

• Projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions
• Additional revisions will be billed separately

• Performance depends on market and platform conditions
• FTS Services is not responsible for algorithm or policy changes

Termination & Liability

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. All unpaid fees become immediately due.

FTS Services Ltd shall not be liable for loss of revenue, third-party platform failures, or client-side errors.
